Join us for a traditional Hatha yoga class and enjoy the benefits of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), yogic philosophy, mantras and meditation. The class will be about 1h15-1h30mins with time allocated to go deeper with your meditation. No previous experience necessary. Bring your lovely Self and your mat.

These programs are individually tailored for each woman to help you get ready mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually for this new life chapter. You will learn how to find peace and calm within yourself in order to offer the same to your child. Ideal nutrition for your body composition and specific meditation , pranayama and asana practices support you in being your best self.

Children's yoga
With the use of mindful meditation, breathing exercises and fun animal like yoga poses, children experience a state of joy and peacefulness. Yoga supports balance of the parasympathetic nervous system, aids in optimal digestion and supports growth. It connects and brings awareness to a child’s mind, body and breath. As they become more self-aware their ability to self-regulate increases.
